loved seeing the comparisons, great information. Wonder if there have been any updated studies with the new MCW's and present MRE menus....

Good Read. I hope they scaled up the experiment. A sample size of 10 soldiers isn't nearly enough for a representative sample.

Lol and lowered the sodium intake. Eh how high was it?

Think it was almost 5g per day with MREs and under 3g or so with the RCW
