OK from the menu items it looks like its some type of contract meal made by Sun Meadow from the web site:

"Your source for fully prepared ready to thaw and serve "Sun Meadow Brand" Complete Military Breakfast, Lunch / Dinner Meal Kits designed for all branches of the Armed Forces!

This site is intended to provide information about all of our Military Meal Products.

Sun Meadow Brand Military Meal Kits Are The Perfect Choice for Troop Movement and Field Exercise Activities. They are also popular for Inflight Meals, After Hour Meals, and Disaster Relief Meals."

Wow. Never seen that before :?
Is it a FEMA inspired civilian disaster ration that has been stock piled and produced? it has the feel of being a genuine item somehow. It seems to have serial codes and an authoritive- looking content list..
Maybe its a money saving measure to stop diversion of MRE stocks in case of a disaster?
This is all total guesswork..

Their product range looks superb.
The breakfast packs especially.
Maybe they are angling for FEMA contacts.

Ive found it.
This guty is selling SunValley 3 Meal Shelf Stable kits.
The exact package, including red typeface and box and content description is on the SunValley website, on the "Emergency Services" link.
You will see it there.

It looks like some kind of civilian ready-to-eat meal that was put together with a bunch of commercial off-the-shelf products. The contents might look good but the key is going to be shelf-life. I'm guessing the shelf-life is around 1 year. That means unless the things on eBay are fairly brand-new, he's probably selling close-to-expired meals.

are you sure Olli?
in Wikipedia for NSN they say:

"The format of an NSN might be described as follows:
abcd-ef-ghi-jklm ...
...As inventories grew in complexity, element g became alphanumeric, beginning with capital A for certain newly added items."
example:
Pre-Packaged Meals
Red Cloud Food
Service Commercial Meal Kit Red Cloud Food Service
Individual packets of peanut butter
Lot Code: 09/22/2009
with Item number: NSN: 8940-01-E10-1507
