It seems they added bread and some other items like milk bar, energy bar etc.

It looks like something made from 1991. up to 2003. since markings say VJ, probably for Vojska Jugoslavije. ČA could stand for a town in Serbia called Čačak.

The price of these are around 10 euros in Serbia, but I don't see it often.

That aluminium set was probably newer production from Serbian Army. Never seen one, but I know it's not Yugoslavian because you will not find single YPA soldier that used all aluminium mess kit.
