Good idea! This is what I got! Soup has this code on it 8154132 wondering if thats a date code. Nowhere on the package is a date :(

Hey just got my RCW in. Ended up with a 5-A! Just an update, still looking for that B unit. Thanks. I think mine is from 1998 or 2008 date code 8154 not sure the last date anyone know? Thanks all.

I was hoping that the vintage ration prices would drop significantly but that hasn't been the case... I figured people would be wanting actual edible food. :mrgreen: @smitty.

I saw someone saying some 1957 b units were korean war era....

It's nuts out there!!! My jaw is dropping each day with the prices. I have been watching this situation since late January and finally pulled the trigger to get some new cases of MREs for "in case". Went to the local surplus store (the only REAL one left in my area) and they had about a pallet worth...
