I inquired for the shipping costs to the Netherlands: 35.00 euro's for four rations. So apart from the restrictions, that was too much for me.

They are freeze dried indeed.
You can check their website: www.travellunch.de

In the Netherlands the main meals are sold for 5-6 euro's each.
