Russian 24-Hour Mountain Ration, Menu #2 (BB 04/2018) Part 1

Finally getting a chance to try out one of the most sought-after Russian rations: the Mountain FSB! This particular one is Menu #2 and I acquired it from the guys at russia_mre who are on both eBay (https://www.ebay.com/usr/russia_mre?_trksid=p2047675.l2559) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/...

Re: Canadian IMPs

Hey guys, I just tried my first Canadian IMP and it certainly won't be my last! I wish the US rations would get with that hamburger bun that comes in the IMPs, it's way better than the wheat snack bread in my opinion. Check out my review and let me know what you think! http://youtube.be/nrVoWgbHFfE...

Oh, i haven't seen the "not".
Yes the beans being in there makes it unfit as a pre-flight or in-flight meal... all that extra gas built up at 30,000 feet would be painful/uncomfortable.

Re: Meal, Flight, Feeding, Individual?

Got 2 cases of these - 1 for basic study and the other for on camera. This one was just my extra so no real pictures taken other than these here. In short, these are 6 menus 2x each of: Ham & Chicken Loaf Beef Stew Ham Slices Chicken Ala King Beef in Spiced Sauce Beef Slices in BBQ Sauce You get lo...

Re: 1977 Combat Meals Interest

BT I reread your post to me. Yes these are all B combat rations complete meaning Meals, Combat Individual. Let me see if I am allowed to post a couple of pictures if that would help. I am guessing shipping to Canada would be pretty expensive. Guessing these weigh the same as all these B rations abo...

Re: Toaster Pastry, Frosted Brown Sugar

ME TO! Nice! I'm partial to the unfrosted because they're not too sweet. Another good one is the chocolate chip. They turn up once in a while in a few MREs too. I had a mix-up in a 2014 B case where the one menu with the chocolate chip toaster pastry actually came with two, and no beef snack strip....

Re: Where can i find a Danish MRE?

They're not all that. They use mains from Vesty Foods, England, same as British rat pack mains, except you get 1 400 gram main, and more bread, wheat-bread made in America by Brigford, and a couple cool little 25 gram pate's from CZ. They are OK, not special. :| They're probably my 2nd favourite ra...

Re: 1977 Combat Meals Interest

I have 12 1977 Combat Meals B1, B2 and B3's. I have the original case they came in but the top is missing. I love this site but and would like to see someone who has interest in these meals (for display only who wants to eat a 1977 Combat Meal). I love watching the videos of those that have more gu...
