Re: Purchase high quality fake and real passports, driving licenses and id cards

IIRC, kman monitors every registration by sending the person an email to make sure it's a real person trying to get on the forum. In this case, it looks like someone was actually monitoring the email they signed up with and responded to kman. This is the only time I've seen it on the forum so I don'...

Re: Dairy Shake Safety Question

I can't find a single recorded instance where someone got sick consuming the shakes produced during that time period. I've also drank quite a few and never felt sick. I think you'll be okay.

Re: Whats your favorite item in a mre, any mre that is

The cran-raspberry First Strike bars are my absolute favorite US ration item. Choclettos are also a favorite of mine, but I've only seen them in 2010 and 2011 MREs.

Re: WWII Remington Rand 1911 A1 Pistol

I'd put it on your bucket list to take a trip here and try it sometime! There are gun laws, so it would be best if you knew someone here that owned guns that could take you somewhere to do so some shooting outdoors. Otherwise, there are plenty of indoor/established ranges that may allow you rent and...

Re: Calling all vintage ration/food collectors...

This is cool, thanks for passing it on! I sent them some photos of my late war K ration. I'm sure it's not much compared to what other collectors have to offer, but it's a start!

Re: 1948 B2 Unit

Thanks for sharing some pics, this is pretty neat. I think the most impressive component is the sugar. I'm going to guess that's to go with the coffee, but I wonder if the texture of it is any different than what we are used to.

Re: Mountain House MCW entrees only 3yrs???

FWIW, in 2017 I purchased two cases of 2004 date of production MCWs and all the mains (manufactured by Mountain House aka Oregon Freeze Dry) were still good and tasted as such. Around that same time, I purchased a few 1989 RCWs (the precursor to the MCWs) and those were also perfectly edible. I'd ha...

I've already reported his post, I'm not going to engage the troll any further. Perhaps I shouldn't have responded in the first place.

Re: EBAY Asshat of the Month Award

If you have kids and a house payment, that's your problem so don't ask for my sympathy because you won't get it. Charging $75 for one MRE surely won't help you much with making the next house payment. No one is denying your right to sell something for an unreasonable price, but I have a right to poi...
