Re: Need a price opinion.

Hi Mike, Sad to say the price is about average on ebay australia. I have seen them above $80Aud before. Sometimes they are rare and other times there seems to be a glut (ie when all the diggers came home from Iraq and Afghanistan ). My suggestion is to keep your eye on ebay and when you see a sucker...

Re: My little trip to Canberra

Thanks guys. @Norton yeah that Komet looks like a widow maker. There were not many weapons on display. A German WW1 anti - tank rifle a brew gun and standard rifles. I think there was an Owen gun in the Darwin museum. I have always liked the Owen, they were still in use during Vietnam. I am also pre...

Re: Hungarian MRE H/7

Great review mate. Love the scenery. Did I see a nuclear power plant in the background? We don't have any over here (we still burn dinosaurs for electricity around here)

The invasion fought against the Turks was our first real war.ANZAC day (April 25th the day of the landings) is no...

Part two. 20160723_120153.jpg There are more German planes in Anzac hall, than Australian ones.... 20160723_122445.jpg 20160723_122808.jpg I learnt a lesson here. don't touch the planes. A proximity alarm went off and I hid behind a pillar for a while  20160723_122830.jpg Both these are awful ...

My little trip to Canberra

Hi all, Last weekend I took a little road trip to Canberra. It has been 24 yrs since the last time I visited Australia's capital and I thought it was a good time to go back. My main reason was to see the "Brumbies" play in the qualifying final of the Super Rugby, but I also wanted to do some tourist...

@ Housil. Since we are in winter the bugs aren't too bad. Earlier this year the little black flysheet were bad though. Good call on the pudding :)

RCIR Menu No 2, by the irrigation canal

Hi all, I hope the weather, where ever your are has been better than what I have been putting up with for the last month. It has been raining on and off constantly, and when it is not raining, we have been running around like idiot's trying to fill orders. It feels like forever since I could get out...
