Ukrainian rations are basically Russian, which to me looks and tastes like dog food. (Kasha, etc) If I saw refried beans for the first time, I'd probably puke too... Every region has it's food preferences, the US just has a lot of variety, some good, some, well, weird. But, if you want to try Russia...
