Housil, those UGR cookies were good right! They are one of my favorites too, however check out the Trans-Fat content in them 3.5g per ONE cookie! I can almost guarantee you 100% that the food is spoiled. Not worth it to eat, however it is worth it to visually inspect it and up to you if you want to engage your sense of smell when doing so!

I would say not very common... Personally I don't have any horror stories but, I know Steve has had a few run-ins with bad ration food, as well as two or three others on the forum.
