The existing line of halal mres already satisfy the conditions of "pork-free" as it is so exactly why this is even a thing baffles the mind....

Its like issuing a requirement/quotation for meat-free mre when there already exist vegetarian mres....

I am curious as to why this would even be a thing when a line of halal rations already exists???

Or is it the laws in certain countries require rations with absolutely zero pork content, whether meat or byproducts?
