WANTED: German EPa from a Canadian Seller

Will buy German EPa to ship to a business associate in Toronto. Want to avoid unnecessary shipping costs to and from the US and then to Canada. Prefer direct shipment from Canadian Seller to Toronto office, if possible.

LOOKING TO BUY 1-2 GERMAN RATIONS TYPE I, II or III

Searched eBay, Amazon and Google but prices much higher than expected. I have a few MCWs and TOTMs I would like to keep for family emergencies rather than trade, so looking for 1-2 Type I or II or III at the best/fair price possible.

Re: German Paratrooper vs. German Army Combat Ration Types I-III

Thanks, much appreciated. Have you seen any online sellers that tend to have a good selection at reasonable prices?

German Paratrooper vs. German Army Combat Ration Types I-III

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE ARE DIFFERENT GERMAN ARMY COMBAT RATIONS FOR GERMAN ARMY PARATROOPERS VERSUS REGULAR GERMAN ARMY UNITS (e.g., TYPES I, II OR III)? I have a work colleague in Toronto that used to be an officer in the German Army as a paratrooper. I am traveling to Toronto in two weeks and w...

Re: Feedback - Buy/Sell/Trade

Purchased my first military ration/MRE with a lot of assistance from wats6831. He promptly and patiently responded to my questions, some of which he had already answered in previous replies, and had the type and quantity of MCW ration I wanted. He also provided some of his own insights to my beginni...

Airlines & MREs w/Heaters in Checked Luggage

I quickly scanned as many topics as I could to find out if this question has been asked before but I didn't find anything. So, does anyone know if there are airline restrictions on packing MREs with Heaters in checked luggage? I am trying to decide whether to buy a Sure-Pak case of 12 MREs with or w...

Re: "For old times sake" suggestions

Rockyraab, Point well taken, especially for a "newbie" to the Forum like me. I have a pet peeve about using "rule of thumb," since it originated in old England where the law allowed a husband to beat his wife with a stick/cane/riod as long as it was not thicker than his thumb, hence "rule of thumb."...

Re: "For old times sake" suggestions

BTemple & RockyRaab Thanks for the responses. Much appreciated. Searching eBay and Amazon for Norwegian Artic Ration or the Canadian IMP and appears it will cost $35-$45 per MRE (I've searched for the Swedish 24 Hour Combat Meal too). Seems like a US military MRE best combination of food quality/qua...

Re: "For old times sake" suggestions

Sorry for previous unfocused post. Question: IN YOUR OPINION, what is the "best" (tasting, satisfying, value) single meal MRE (freeze dried or retort pouch or other) by menu and/or manufacturer and/or country? And do you know where and how I could purchase six of them?

"For old times sake" suggestions

First time post. Summer 1977, went on a 7 day canoe trip in Minnesota's Boundary Waters. Packed in (and packed out) way too little food. Group has met every 5 years since and will get together in June. Too old for day-long canoeing or 400 rod portages, so just meeting to relax at the beach. "For old...
