If you look at the DOP card the last 2 digits are 95, so maybe that's why gcoop75 thought it was a '95 food packet. But regardless of the date, it's still a very nice find.

the only one I can say I've truly hated was the Mint Isotonic drink that came in the RCIR. It seriously tasted like someone mixed mint mouthwash with aquafresh toothpaste.
