Re: Anyone here concealed carry? (LEGALLY OF COURSE). If so, what’s your EDC/preferred gun?

If Canada allowed concealed carry for the average joe, with proper qualifications ofc, I’d move there in a heartbeat (policy allowing). There is a small amount with a concealed carry but it’s impossible to get. You have to prove that the RCMP cannot protect you and your life is in danger. Rumour ha...

Re: Ever heard of rations from poorer/3rd world countries?

No, that’s illogical. But I can boast about my accomplishments which are many. I am currently a soldier, my friend. A man who took an oath to defend his country. Am qualified to talk about leadership. Was taught by Army Rangers. How is it illogical? You yourself said that when people do wrong thing...

And by people doing the wrong thing, shows they're not qualified for leadership positions in order to lead people.

Read my signature.
So by this logic you are saying that you're qualified to lead people and have never done a wrong thing?

I darn well will write more stories and not worry whether some poster decides to post an image of a child in the section.
That is a well-known meme around the entire internet, not just a random image of a child

Re: Ever heard of rations from poorer/3rd world countries?

Just to show am fair and not implacably intolerant of other users comments, a narcissistic personality will never admit they’re wrong, I will acknowledge that my comment may be imperfect, but Korey pointed out it was about food which it was, and if I was a little too strong in my original comment, ...

1992 Italian 24Hr Ration

Finally getting a chance to review this vintage Italian ration, which as far as I know is the oldest ever reviewed!
Interesting look at some different and similar components compared to the modern rations.

I’m not sure but possibly 90’s- early 2000s
Could be anywhere up to 2004, that's when they made the switch to tan coloured packaging.
I have the only review of a pre-2004 NZ ration anywhere online:

Re: Selling or trading Dutch arctic rations (ROEK)

Are these the ones with the operational module, energy module and cold weather module all in one? Like this one? They are the new ones with with freeze-dried mains and 4900 kcal. I'll post some more info once I get the first on Friday. 4900 calorie ones would not have the cold weather module and no...

Tragic. Getting rid of biscuits fruit & the ginger pudding..??
So now, only way to get biscuits fruit will be in Dutch rations.... that is indeed tragic. Best damn ration biscuit ever created.
