Halal German EPA: Menu #2

This is basically a repurposed UN ration, and was very disappointing. So many bland items!

Canadian and French Survival Ration Reviews

With the new baby at home and a toddler running around as well and trying to help all my students pass before the school year ends, gotta try to get some reviews out whenever I get a chance. Today I managed to get two filmed uninterrupted! A Canadian set of Survival Rations from 1994 https://www.you...

1948 B-Unit

Just had this arrive today.
A B-Unit Crackers with blue text from December of 1948.
I'm led to believe that this came from either an RCI C-2 or a Field Ration Type E. I'd lean more towards the RCI C-2. Anyone else have an opinion?

The can is basically the same size as an MCI main entree can.

I acquired a Luger today that appears to be different from how it was advertised on the site I purchased it from. I've narrowed it down to 1 of 3 different possible types, ...

Re: Small Item Request thread

If anyone can get their hands on some of the British ORP cherry-almond cakes that have now disappeared from newer menus(replaced by Mango Cake I believe) then I would be very happy to buy a few.

Re: selling (complete) collection

The last time this user was active was 4 weeks after the original posting..... about 4 months ago.

I enquired about a couple things and got the response "I'll sell stuff as I go through the collection" and that was it. I've heard nothing since. I'm not really holding out any hope of getting anything.

Picture #4 is a Japanese copy of the Lewis gun, otherwise known as the Type 92 (not to be confused with the ubiquitous Type 92 Heavy machine gun we are used to seeing in WW2 films). In aircraft use they would have been used used without the barrel shroud as air-cooling would have been good enough. O...
