That invitation applies to any established members here who are in parts of the world where guns are banned. I've also got an AR-15, M1 Garand, Mossberg 590, 1911, Luger P...

1940 Berlin-Lübecker Maschinenfabrik (237) Karabiner 98k

I recently purchased a Wehrmacht issue Kar 98k and I absolutely love it. Dare I say, I love it more than my M1 Garand. Mine is not all matching and appears to be Russian captured. Oh wow, that's quite a jump from the previous record of 465 users online. On the bright side (not that there's much of one to come out of this), hopefully that means more members will join and engage in the discussion!

Re: Poll: Which MRE Candy is your Favorite?

I like all the options but if I had only one option to chose from, it would be plain Skittles. Why? They take longer to chew so they last longer and I really like the sweet fruit flavor. And each Skittle has a different flavor, so I can choose to mix and match my favorite flavors or eat a handful of...

Poll: Which MRE Candy is your Favorite?

Select which MRE candy item is your favorite. Feel free to explain why! I listed only items from the 2019 menus.

Wow... living off fortified biscuits and water for a couple weeks all in the name of military food science research sounds like a horrible way to spend your time.

Re: Another day shopping locally...

Not a bad score! Most surplus stores around these parts ask about $10 per ration. I miss the days of occasionally finding good deals on eBay.
