Re: Charity Auction

Let me also throw something from Poland. This ration may not look very exciting, but if you take a closer look - it is. This is the newest, for the first time seen, single ration from the new menu series - menu 10 chicken stew (until now we've had only menus 1-9). It is really tasty, you can see my ...

Re: French RCIR - Menu #1 Ostrich in Cranberry Sauce

Wow. Sounds complicated. I've been buying mine from foodrations.it on Ebay, he's in Lithuania and have never had a problem.Sends me a pic of the box before heading to the P.O. Just received two from him today, Ostrich and a Veal Marengo. Both arrived in pristine condition. Bought separately, one to...

Re: French RCIR - Menu #1 Ostrich in Cranberry Sauce

Thanks for such a nice review ! BTW I envy your English :)
Yesterday I started to eat this menu and I am also glad so far. I have another dessert - prunes instead of pudding, but maybe my ration is from another batch or year.
The amount of sweet snacks in French rations is impressive !

Polish SR3 by Delicious and Ol'Mate Dropbear

We made a common video tasting the same ration. It was a great fun and a bit of work to make it together. Ol'Mate had this meal for the first time. Come and see our views on the same ration in this vid:

Re: Canadian '16 IMP - Menu #15 Poutine

As a Canadian it still pains me to see the absolute sacrilege that is calling THAT poutine. Hahaha Thanks Dagi for the review, this ration still waits on my shelf. I am always interested in some regional dishes that are in the MREs. It is difficult to make a real good taste in an MRE, but sometimes...

Re: RCIR shipment in limbo

I can only say that a can see a difference between sending in a parcel (or courier) and a letter (up to 2 kg/4lbs). The letters are not inspected. I even managed to send Ostrich RCIR to BTemple in Canada :) Another factor is how the parcel looks like and how the address label is filled. If you write...

New Russian single meal OPRP menu 1 (2016)

A ration, which you know from the 24h version aka 'frog' :) This time just 8h or supplementary ration (OPRP stands for single meal or supplementary) - the quality is like the 24h. I guess this ration needs a cold drink, but all the rest is really good. My outdoor autumn (or fall ;) ) review: https:/...
